At Milky Plant, we want you to love your fresh plant-based milk experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your device within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Milky Plant

  Carefully place the device and all original accessories back into the original packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
